Kempton joins us from Mt. Auburn Club in Watertown! Kempton grew up in Negril, Jamaica where he played competitively and was ranked as the #1 Junior in Negril from 1994 to 1996. He then went on to start his career as a Tennis Pro at the Point Village Resort, where he worked there until 2001 when he relocated to Boston. Once in Boston, Kempton became a Tennis Pro at the Woburn Racquet Club for seven years working as the Junior Coordinator for five of those years. He also served as the Head Tennis Pro at the Bear Hill golf Club in Stoneham, MA and the DBH Team Director at Mt. Auburn Club. Kempton will be working a great deal with our Adult Tennis Programs as well as the The Thoreau Club Tennis Academy.
