Each player will have a mix of clinics, match play, and private lessons with coaching derived directly from our coaching philosophies and tailored to the individual athlete.

Players will train in our new state of the art fitness center for agility, speed, and injury prevention

Sports psychology

Mental toughness training provided both on and off court

Athletic Training

Players will have access to onsite Athletic Training and injury rehabilitation services

Video Analysis

We employ state-of-the-art video analysis tools to further develop player’s strokes and mechanics.

FITNESS

Each player participates in a fitness program in which they train in our new state of the art fitness center for agility, speed, and injury prevention. The program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning.

SPEED

Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running Mechanics, Footwork.

EXPLOSIVE POWER

Plyometrics, Med Ball Training, Jumping & Landing Technique.

STRENGTH

Functional approach, thorough instruction, focus on upper body. Lower body and core.

CONDITIONING

Game ready preparation for all athletes

FLEXIBILITY

Myofascial Release (Foam Rolling), various forms of stretching, muscle activation

INJURY REDUCTION

Identify and correct muscular imbalances, balance & stabilization
Training
No regular clinics will be offered on the following days…

Thanksgiving break — Thursday, November 28th & Friday, November 29th.
December break — Monday, December 23rd through Wednesday, January 1st
February break — Monday, February 17th through Friday, February 21st

We will have clinics on the following days…

Yom Kippur — Wednesday, October 9th
Columbus Day — Monday, October 14th
Halloween — Thursday, October 31st
Veterans Day — Monday, November 11th
Martin Luther King Day — Monday, January 20th
