Tommaso Cecchetti brings a strong international tennis background shaped by years of high-level competition in both Europe and the United States. Originally from Italy, Tommaso began playing tennis at the age of three and quickly developed into a standout junior player, competing in numerous ITF Grade 500 tournaments in Milan and throughout the country.

During his junior and open career, Tommaso won an Italian National Open Tournament title and captured the Under-18 Macroarea Tournament at Tennis Club Como, establishing himself among the top competitive players in his region.

He later continued his tennis career in the United States at Washburn University, where he competed as the team’s No. 2/3 singles player. During his three seasons, Tommaso helped lead Washburn to two NCAA Division II National Championship finals and one national semifinal. In doubles, he earned a Top 10 national ranking in NCAA Division II and reached a career-high UTR of 12.10, with a current UTR of 11.80.

Tommaso’s experience as an elite competitor, combined with his international background and commitment to player development, makes him a valuable member of the coaching team
